by guests – such as yourself – who complete surveys about their

Outstanding
Inspections
This
award is also given by Hilton ... and represents the highest possible
score for cleanliness, safety, quality assurance, employee training and
performance, and measuring up to the high Hilton standards in all categories.
Grand Memories
This
Hilton award is a contest among all Hilton properties for community service,
with a focus on serving our senior citizen population living in extended
care facilities. Our employees selected a local nursing home and visited
with the patients at length, and on many occasions. We got to know them
well, and collected their life stories. Then we compiled them, and presented
them back to the residents of the nursing home as a written record they
could keep. Perhaps more important than the award from Hilton, was the
reward of seeing the residents joy, and sometimes tears of happiness,
at having these precious memories preserved. If you ask any of our staff,
this award is the most satisfying one we have participated in.
